Man who didn’t eat for a week explained ‘god mode’ feeling that changed everything

Justin Dorff says fasting for a full week completely reset his body and mind. The YouTuber drank only water and documented his journey to what he called “the great reset.”

“For two months I felt tired, stressed, and not myself,” he shared. The first two days were difficult, but on day five everything changed. “Overnight I went from zombie mode to god mode,” Dorff said. “My hunger dropped. My energy, focus, and mood skyrocketed.”

He explained that his body switched to burning fat for fuel, which improved mental clarity and motivation. “It was the first time I cared more about how I felt than how I looked,” he added.

By the end of the fast, Dorff said he felt like a child waking up on Christmas morning. “I proved I could be disciplined and take control of my health,” he said.

Would you ever try a week-long fast for a full body reset — or is it too extreme?
