Medical Expert Reveals What Happened Inside Charlie Kirk’s Body The Moment He Was Shot In The Neck

Medical experts have revealed exactly what happened to Charlie Kirk after he was shot in the neck during a Utah event on September 10.

Anatomy teacher Josh Cottle explained that the neck carries major veins that return blood from the brain to the heart. “Severing these is catastrophic,” he said. But because the weapon was a high-speed firearm, the damage was far worse.

Cottle described how the bullet caused “a ballooning and violent expansion of tissue,” destroying the connection between Kirk’s brain and spinal cord. “Even if he had been shot in an emergency room, the outcome would have been the same,” he added.

Experts say no exit wound was visible, meaning all the bullet’s energy stayed inside the spinal column. This left no chance of survival.

The explanation has brought some closure for shocked supporters still reeling from Kirk’s assassination. Do you think seeing such detailed medical analysis helps the public understand — or makes the tragedy even harder to bear?
