Meghan Markle Reflects on Viral Pregnancy Dance Video in New Interview

Meghan Markle is back in the spotlight after a playful pregnancy dance video resurfaced online. In the clip, filmed four years ago, Meghan and Prince Harry dance in her hospital room to “The Baby Momma Dance,” hoping to speed up labor. Meghan joked, “When spicy food and walking didn’t work — there was only one thing left to do! 😂”

Speaking with Emma Grede, Meghan said the video showed her true self, not a polished royal image. “It’s a reminder that behind the noise, there’s a real, fun life happening,” she shared. She loves sharing unfiltered moments and recently returned to social media, saying, “It was a great way to get my voice back.”

Though many enjoyed the dance, critics questioned if Meghan’s baby bump was real. Some accused her of using a fake belly, while supporters called the video lighthearted and cute.

Through it all, Meghan stays focused on joy and authenticity. Her new lifestyle brand, “As Ever,” reflects her passion for living well and staying true to herself.
