Recognition & Reflection
Meghan Trainor, 31, was recently honored as a Billboard Women in Music Hitmaker. While thrilled by the recognition, she expressed disappointment that “so many of the questions (and comments) were focused on my body instead of my music… or the decade of hard work that got me here.”
Her Health Journey
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Meghan opened up: “I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me.” She credited working with a dietitian, making major lifestyle changes, exercising with a trainer, and using Mounjaro—a medication approved for weight loss. “Science is the secret,” she later told Entertainment Tonight. “I was working out so incorrectly… I’m trying to bio-hack my body.”

Personal Growth
Following the birth of her second child, Meghan revealed, “I feel great.” She previously shared losing 60 pounds after her first son, saying, “I was in a really dark place… I was fighting.”
Moving Forward
“Here’s to celebrating talent, growth, and the power of putting yourself first,” Meghan wrote. “Let’s keep shifting the convo to what REALLY matters.”
