Despite retiring, Michael hinted at a comeback, delighting fans. He had an emotional reunion with Christopher Lloyd at the 2022 New York Comic Con. Variety reported that their embrace moved attendees, highlighting Michael’s enduring spirit.

Michael’s wife, Tracy Pollan, has been his rock since his diagnosis at 29. He stated, “We haven’t cried about Parkinson’s since.” They built a loving home, raising four children. Tracy praised Michael’s positivity, which helped her see things differently.
Their Connecticut estate, built in 1997, was described as a “family home” and “playhouse.” In 2016, they sold it but had other properties, including a Manhattan apartment. Michael fondly recalled building his dream home as “the best therapy possible.”
