More people are identifying as Orchidsexual — a term for those who feel sexual attraction but have little or no desire to act on it.
Unlike celibacy, it isn’t about resisting desire. It describes people who may find others attractive but simply don’t want sexual activity.
The term has grown online as more people look for language to describe experiences that didn’t previously have a clear label.
