Neil Patrick Harris explains why he doesn’t want to know which twin is biologically his

Neil Patrick Harris, famous for roles in How I Met Your Mother and A Series of Unfortunate Events, spoke about his twins, born in 2010 through surrogacy with partner David Burtka. At four years old, Harris decided not to know which twin is biologically his, stating, “We are their parents, and I love them implicitly.” The process involved using both his and Burtka’s sperm, resulting in both eggs successfully taking.

As the twins, Gideon and Harper, enter their teenage years, Harris humorously notes the prediction that they’ll eventually hate their parents hasn’t come true yet. Despite the challenges, he shares, “They’re good kids. We’ve done a good job. You know, you put the work in and you get it back.” The couple’s unwavering love reflects their strong family bond.
