Aliesha Fisher, a 29-year-old woman from Lancashire, died suddenly at her home while she was 30 weeks pregnant. Her unborn baby girl also died, creating a tragic double loss.
Aliesha was last seen alive by her family at around 11pm. About 11 hours later, her cousin found her lying unresponsive on the bedroom floor. Paramedics were called to the scene but were unable to revive her.

Medical staff also confirmed that there were no signs of life from her unborn baby, later named Aria. Doctors were unable to find a heartbeat. Authorities have said there is no suggestion of self-harm or any deliberate cause related to the baby’s death.
The coroner explained that a full inquest will take place to determine what caused Aliesha’s death and the circumstances surrounding the loss of both mother and child. The final hearing is scheduled for July.

Family and friends have shared tributes describing Aliesha as a loving and beautiful person who was deeply missed. A memorial page has been created in her memory to raise funds for epilepsy-related charities, as her loved ones continue to grieve this devastating loss.
