Royal watchers were stunned as Prince Harry reunited with King Charles for the first time in 19 months. The Duke of Sussex made a brief, tightly managed visit to Clarence House, where he spent less than an hour with his father.
Harry arrived alone in a black Range Rover and quickly left for an Invictus Games event. When asked later about the King, Harry offered only a short reply: “Yes, he’s great, thank you.”

Before meeting his father, Harry made a private visit to St. George’s Chapel to honor Queen Elizabeth II on the third anniversary of her death. He laid flowers in silence, marking an emotional moment for the estranged royal.
Though no other royals were present, the meeting is seen as a step toward reconciliation. “Life is precious,” Harry recently said, hinting he hopes for healing.

Could this quiet reunion mark the start of a royal thaw — or is the rift too deep to mend?
