Singer Cassie Ventura took the stand in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ 2024 sex trafficking trial, revealing disturbing details about alleged “freak-off” parties. She testified that Diddy pressured her into group sex acts while he watched, often under the influence of drugs like ketamine to cope.
Cassie described severe physical effects: “I didn’t eat or sleep. I had mouth sores, UTIs, and needed IV fluids to recover.” Despite painful infections, she claims Diddy still forced her to participate, including on her own 29th birthday.

She recalled her first encounter at 22, saying, “My stomach fell to my butt. I was nervous and confused.” She said the events became a routine: “The freak-offs became a job… The longest lasted four days.”
Text messages shown in court supported her claims, as did past video evidence of an alleged assault in 2016. Cassie said she stayed because she “loved him” and wanted to make him happy, but the toll on her body and mind was devastating.
