Serena Williams is turning heads with her slimmer look, but she’s staying confident despite the comments. While vacationing in New York, the 43-year-old tennis icon was asked how she handles fans talking about her weight. She smiled and replied, “Everyone looks great!” Then added, “Look good, feel good, right?”
Since giving birth to her second daughter, Adira, 21 months ago, Serena has lost around 40 pounds. She credits her fit form to intense workouts and a mostly plant-based diet. She and husband Alexis Ohanian grow much of their own food on their five-acre farm in South Florida.

“We basically live off the land,” she told Time. Their farm produces sweet potatoes, mangoes, berries, and even Moringa leaves for tea.
Beyond fitness, Serena remains busy as a venture capitalist. She’s invested over $100 million into more than 30 companies and is co-producing the Netflix adaptation of Carrie Soto is Back. She’s also backing the WNBA’s new team, the Toronto Tempo, launching in 2026.
