Stephen Hawking warned that if population growth and energy use keep rising, Earth could become unlivable by the year 2600.
Speaking at the Tencent WE Summit, he said unchecked growth could push the planet to extreme conditions.
He also warned about other global risks such as climate change, nuclear war, pandemics, and artificial intelligence. His message was simple: humanity must change its course to protect the planet’s future.
