Kirsty Buchan, a 34-year-old Scottish teacher, was struck off the teaching register in 2022 after students discovered her OnlyFans account. Using the alias “Jessica Jackrabbit,” her profile described her as a “good teacher gone bad.” She had worked in education for over a decade before being forced to leave.

In a recent Good Morning Britain interview, Buchan said she didn’t expect to be caught. “A lot of people pretend to be teachers on the site,” she explained. “I didn’t think I would be famous.” Despite the fallout, she admitted, “Of course I knew the risks involved.”

A single mother, Buchan said financial pressure drove her decision. “My son comes first. Paying my bills comes first,” she told hosts Susanna Reid and Richard Madeley. She juggled multiple jobs and cared for her unwell mother and son while teaching full time.

Addressing public criticism, she stood firm: “Everyone’s entitled to their opinion… I’ve taken responsibility.” She said some former colleagues were supportive and revealed she once earned nearly £60,000 in a single month on the platform.
