Emilie Kiser, a popular TikTok mom with over four million followers, has filed a lawsuit after the heartbreaking death of her three-year-old son, Trigg. The toddler tragically drowned in the family’s Arizona pool on May 12. Despite CPR and emergency transport to Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Trigg passed away six days later, on May 18.
Now, Emilie and her family are taking legal action to prevent public release of death-related records. The lawsuit calls it a “profound invasion of privacy” and says the intense media attention has made it impossible to grieve in peace. “Every day is a battle,” her lawyer said, adding Emilie is doing her best to care for her newborn son, Theodore.

The Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s office has reportedly agreed to seal the records. Police confirmed the incident remains under investigation but emphasized respect for the family’s privacy.
Emilie, 26, and her husband Brady welcomed baby Theodore in March. As they mourn their devastating loss, they continue to seek peace away from the public eye.
