Trump has ominous 4-word message after Zohran Mamdani wins NYC mayoral race

Few expected it. Fewer believed it could happen. But when Zohran Mamdani, just 34, made history in New York City, even the White House took notice.

Mamdani — the city’s first Muslim and South Asian mayor, and its youngest in more than a century — won by the slimmest of margins: 50.4% of the vote. His victory sent a powerful message of change across America’s most iconic city.

But President Trump’s reaction? Just four chilling words: “…AND SO IT BEGINS.”

Moments earlier, Trump had urged New Yorkers to back Andrew Cuomo, warning that Mamdani “was not capable” of leading the city. After the results, his tone shifted from warning to threat — hinting he might even withhold federal funds from New York.

Yet Mamdani stood defiant. “New York will remain a city built by immigrants — and now, led by one,” he declared. Then, looking straight at Trump, he added: “To get to any of us, you’ll have to get through all of us.”

His words echoed far beyond Manhattan’s skyline — a new chapter of leadership, unity, and confrontation now unfolding.

Because sometimes, real change begins with just four words.
