Mickey Rourke was photographed stepping outside his Los Angeles rental home on New Year’s Day to collect Taco Bell and grocery deliveries. It was a rare sighting of the 73-year-old actor, who appeared noticeably different and subdued.

The appearance comes as Rourke faces a possible eviction. Court documents cited by the Daily Mail say he allegedly owes $59,100 in unpaid rent. The filing states he received a three-day notice on December 18 to pay what was owed or leave the property. The case was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by Eric T. Goldie, who is also seeking attorney fees and termination of the lease.
The documents say Rourke began renting the three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home on March 30. His rent was reportedly $5,200 per month at first, then increased to $7,000 starting in his second month.

The property is in Beverly Grove, near The Grove shopping center and the Farmers Market. The home was built in 1926 and was once linked to crime novelist Raymond Chandler in the 1940s, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The rent dispute is the latest challenge for Rourke, who has also faced public criticism in recent years, including his removal from Celebrity Big Brother UK last year over language and behavior toward fellow contestant JoJo Siwa.
