A San Jose woman, known as Kay, spent over a year receiving hundreds of unexpected Amazon packages. At first, the deliveries were confusing—but when they kept arriving, they became overwhelming. Each box contained the same item: faux-leather car seat covers.
Kay eventually discovered the packages were returns meant for a Chinese seller, Liusandedian. The seller had listed her home as the return address, leaving customers without refunds and burying her property in unwanted boxes.
Despite reaching out to Amazon, Kay says she was only told to donate or return the items—claims Amazon denies. The constant deliveries blocked her home’s entrance, making it impossible to bring her disabled mother inside. “It’s just been another form of hell,” she said.
After ABC7 News got involved, Amazon finally removed the parcels and pledged to fix the problem. Grateful, Kay said, “I was in tears… It was such a relief!” Amazon now says they’re working directly with her to prevent this from happening again.
