Former Hollywood actor Yahoo Serious is now homeless after being forced out of a luxury Palm Beach home in Sydney, where he had been living without permission. The property’s owner, an elderly man with dementia, moved into a nursing home last year, but Serious refused to leave.

Landlord Margie Charlton, who has power of attorney for the owner, said: “He’s out! We kicked him out.” Police were called during the tense eviction, telling the 72-year-old star, “No mate, you’re out. You gotta leave.” Serious left with his Jack Russell dog, Jingle, and is now believed to be living in his old BMW.

Charlton claims the home was left in a “filthy” state with rotting food and piles of rubbish, requiring six truckloads to clear. She plans to sell the property to cover rising nursing home costs.

Yahoo Serious rose to fame in the 1980s with Young Einstein and Reckless Kelly but has faced years of hardship. He denies squatting, insisting, “I’m not squatting – I’m surviving.”
