Woman who murdered her two children is kicked out of the courtroom after making mistake during trial

Lori Vallow, convicted of killing her two children and conspiring in another murder, is back on trial—this time for allegedly plotting to kill her niece’s ex-husband, Brandon Boudreaux.

Vallow, 51, is representing herself in the Phoenix courtroom. During Friday’s hearing, she demanded a separate session to present character evidence. Judge Justin Beresky warned this could open the door for prosecutors to mention her murder convictions.

Vallow accused the judge of yelling and insisted, “I’m being very courteous to you.” Judge Beresky disagreed, saying, “You have been nothing near courteous,” before ordering court security to remove her.

After a 15-minute recess, the judge cautioned Vallow that continued disruptions or ignoring objections could lead to her losing the right to represent herself. “I may be forced to revoke your pro se status,” he said.
