AI Recognition and Playboy Feature
Brazilian fitness influencer Karol Rosalin, 25, was recently crowned as having the “perfect body” by artificial intelligence. Playboy Australia spotlighted her as the “ideal” in the fitness world, stating on Instagram, “According to artificial intelligence, fitness influencer @karolrosalin has the perfect body in terms of definition.”
Fitness Journey and Lifestyle
Karol, who has over 876,000 Instagram followers, follows a strict fitness routine with five days of weight training and daily aerobic exercises. Reflecting on her early struggles, she admitted, “In the beginning, I didn’t know how to train properly… But today I found the balance for my body.” Her diet consists of wholesome foods like fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. “I don’t do anything crazy, everything I eat is part of a plan to keep my health up to date,” she said.

AI’s Influence on Beauty Standards
Karol’s recognition highlights AI’s growing role in defining beauty. A study, “Human Beauty According to AI,” found that AI models often reinforce unrealistic, exaggerated standards. “AI is undoubtedly a transformative technology… but its effectiveness is inherently tied to the quality of the data on which it is trained,” noted AI researcher Dr. Nitzan Kenig.
Ethical Considerations in AI Development
Experts stress the need for ethical AI training to avoid perpetuating biased beauty ideals. “If datasets contain societal biases, AI may inadvertently promote unrealistic standards,” said a Chief Medical Officer at Instituto Rubi. Dr. Kenig concluded, “We must remain vigilant to ensure [AI] aligns with and upholds our human values.”
