Rihanna Surpasses Kim Kardashian as America’s Youngest Self-Made Billionaire Woman

Rihanna, 34, now holds the title of America’s youngest self-made female billionaire, as declared by Forbes in June. She topped the list, surpassing Kim Kardashian, 41, who previously held the title. Rihanna’s net worth sits at an impressive $1.4 billion, mainly from her music and cosmetic ventures. In comparison, Kim’s net worth is $1.8 billion, primarily from reality TV, shapewear, and cosmetics.

Forbes ranks women from various business sectors. Diane Hendricks, 74, leads with $12.2 billion. Rihanna’s achievement is notable as she’s the youngest woman with over a billion, while the youngest overall is Lucy Guo, 27, with $440 million.

Both Rihanna and Kim feature in the top 25, with Rihanna at 21 and Kim at 16. Oprah Winfrey ranks 10th with $2.6 billion. Notably, Rihanna surpassed Kylie Jenner in 2021, who now has a net worth of $600 million.

While Madonna and Taylor Swift rank lower, with $575 million and $570 million, respectively, Sandra Bullock debuted at 96th with $225 million.

Rihanna’s rise highlights the increasing influence of women in entertainment and business.
