Vera Wang, 74, credits her youthful appearance to enjoying fast food, vodka cocktails, and hard work. “I do eat McDonald’s, absolutely,” Wang revealed at the DKMS Gala in NYC, adding, “I order it every day, like two weeks on it, and then I’ll change.” She also indulges in Dunkin’ Donuts, saying, “I like the cream-filled, sugar-coated donut. It’s like a jelly donut, but it’s cream inside, vanilla cream. I like the pink with sprinkles, too.”

Back in 2020, Wang went viral for her ageless looks after posting photos of herself at 70 in an orange sports bra and denim shorts. The online reaction included comments like, “Homegirl just went and unsubscribed from aging,” and, “wtf is she drinking, unicorn blood?! Unreal.”

Wang attributes her agelessness to several factors, telling fans her secrets are “work, sleep, a vodka cocktail [and] not much sun.” She emphasized that staying busy is key: “Basically, I’ve worked my whole life, so it’s really been about work. I think work keeps you young and stimulated.”

Despite her love for fast food, Wang maintains her youthful appearance through an active lifestyle. “I work very long hours, I’ve raised two daughters. I think keeping busy is the best antidote [for] good health.”
