Andrea Ivanova, who spent £8,000 to have the ‘world’s biggest lips’, now aims to enlarge her cheekbones. The social media influencer, with over 25,000 Instagram followers, started her lip transformation in 2018 and has auctioned ‘kisses for cash’ to fund her enhancements.

Andrea, from Sofia, Bulgaria, declared, “I want in addition to the biggest lips in the world, to have some of the biggest cheekbones too.” She has already had four hyaluronic acid injections in her cheekbones and plans two more soon. Her goal is to model and significantly enlarge her cheekbones while continuing to enhance her lips.

Despite her ambitions, several clinics refuse to give her more lip filler due to health risks. Doctors warn future procedures could be ‘fatal.’ Andrea remains undeterred, stating, “My lips are still not big enough and I want them much bigger than now.”

Andrea faces negative comments and disapproval from her family. “Even though my family don’t approve of my new look, they have to respect my choice for my change,” she said. She believes in following her own taste and views on beauty, adding, “Each person should satisfy themselves without fearing or worrying about the opinion of others because the meaning of life is to be happy.”
