Health experts warn that excessive caffeine can trigger heart attacks, especially when daily limits are exceeded.

Spanish matador Iván Fandiño Barros, 36, tragically died after being gored by a bull during a festival in Aire-sur-l’Adour, France. A tragic triple homicide in Birmingham, Alabama took a chilling turn when one of the victims, Arkia Berry, texted the name “Jaco” just moments before being fatally shot alongside her 6-year-old son, Landyn Brooks, and boyfriend, Eric Ashley Jr.

“Barak entered the water to dive and document the sharks, not to feed them or play with them,” she wrote. Equipped only with a snorkel and a GoPro, he was maintaining distance and using the camera stick to gently steer sharks away.

A fisherman who witnessed the scene said Tzach was calmly swimming back to shore when the attack occurred. “He filmed from afar… when they got too close, he nudged them away,” Sarit added.
