JoJo Siwa has opened up about her evolving sexuality while on Celebrity Big Brother, telling housemate Danny Beard she now identifies as queer rather than lesbian.
The 21-year-old singer and former Dance Moms star first came out as pansexual in 2021, saying, “My human is my human.” While she previously described herself as gay, JoJo now says being in the Big Brother house has helped her realize, “I am not a lesbian, I’m queer.”
In a heartfelt conversation, she said, “I’ve dropped the L and I’ve gone to the Q baby! That’s what I love about sexuality.”
Fans on social media praised her honesty. One wrote: “She needs to be true to herself… It’s more than ok to change labels.”
JoJo is currently dating non-binary partner Kath Ebbs, 27, and continues to be a fan favorite on Celebrity Big Brother, which airs nightly on ITV.
Her journey reminds viewers that sexuality is fluid, personal, and something that can evolve over time.
