Prince Louis is turning seven, and a new portrait shared by the Prince and Princess of Wales has fans buzzing—not just over how grown up he looks, but who he resembles.
Captured by photographer Josh Shinner, the photo shows Louis smiling in a woodland setting. Instantly, royal watchers pointed out the strong family resemblance. “Prince Louis takes after his grandfather,” one fan wrote. Another added, “He looks so much like Catherine’s father.”
Many noted how fast the young prince is growing up. “Wow, 7 y/o already!? Time flies,” a user commented. Another said, “Terrific photo. Wishing Louis a fun family day, a delicious homemade cake and a great year.”
Born on April 23, 2018, at St Mary’s Hospital, Louis’ full name is His Royal Highness Prince Louis Arthur Charles of Cambridge. Now, as Prince William holds the title Prince of Wales, Louis’ title may shift accordingly.
The internet seems to agree on two things: he’s growing fast—and he’s definitely a Middleton at heart.
