Owning Her Age
Demi Moore, 61, is embracing aging with confidence. In a recent interview, she admitted, “I’m not perfect… sometimes I look at a photo and think, ‘I look old.’ But I’ve learned to deal with it.” Though once obsessed with fitness for roles, Moore now prioritizes inner peace over appearance.
A Role That Reflects Reality
In her latest film The Substance, Moore plays an aging star who takes a drug to regain her youth. Director Coralie Fargeat praised her bravery, saying Moore had already faced the insecurities her character battles. Moore found the script powerful, noting, “It was such a unique way to explore aging and societal pressure.”
Surgery Speculation
Despite her denials, rumors persist. Aesthetic doctor Jonny Betteridge claimed she’s had facelifts and eyelid surgery. Moore insists she’s never had cosmetic work, calling the speculation frustrating and damaging.
Redefining Her Path
With her kids grown and career evolving, Moore feels freer than ever. “Your 60s is not what your 60s used to be,” she said. Now, she’s focused on happiness, independence, and rewriting her story—on her own terms.
