Editorial Policy
Editorial Policy
Daily News (dlyviralnews.com) is an English-language publication covering celebrity, entertainment, health, world and human-interest stories. It is published and operated by Linalab DOOEL, Metodija Mitevski 10-2/8, Skopje, Chair 1000, North Macedonia. This page explains how stories are chosen, written, checked and updated.
1. Who is responsible
Editorial decisions are made by the Daily News editorial team. Editorial questions can be sent to info@dlyviralnews.com.
2. What we publish
- News & public life: US and international stories and issues affecting communities.
- Culture & people: entertainment, public figures and personal stories.
- Health & everyday life: general-interest reporting and lived experiences. Health stories are informational and do not replace professional medical advice.
Some articles are part of our archive. The original publication date gives context; an older story should not be read as a current update on the people or events it describes.
3. Sources and attribution
- We identify where information comes from: official statements, court or public records, interviews, social-media posts by the people involved, or reporting by other news organisations.
- When a story is based on another outlet’s reporting, we name and, where possible, link to that outlet.
- We distinguish between what has been established and what someone claims. Personal accounts are presented as accounts (“she says”, “he claims”), not as verified fact.
4. Headlines and images
Headlines should reflect the substance of the story and should not present speculation as established fact. Images are used with permission, under licence, or as permitted by law, and are credited where credit is required.
5. Health and medical content
Personal health stories describe one person’s experience; they are not evidence that a treatment, product or vaccine causes or cures a condition. Where a story touches on a medical claim, we aim to add context from recognised public-health bodies or qualified experts and to say clearly when a claim has not been established. Readers should consult a qualified healthcare professional about their own health.
6. Independence, advertising and conflicts of interest
Advertising helps support the website. Advertisements and third-party recommendation widgets are supplied by advertising partners and are not endorsements by Daily News. Advertisers do not decide what we write.
7. Updates and corrections
We correct material errors and label significant updates. See our Corrections Policy for how to report an error and how corrections are shown.
