Oprah Winfrey arrived in Venice, Italy, ahead of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s highly anticipated wedding—and immediately stole the spotlight. Joined by best friend Gayle King, Oprah surprised fans with a sheer, wine-colored gown that revealed her back, arms, and sides, a daring departure from her usual style.
As she stepped into a taxi boat, cameras captured her arms shaking slightly, drawing social media’s attention. Critics commented harshly on her appearance, with one user saying, “There’s a whole lotta extra stuff wrapping in the wind,” while another asked, “Why is Oprah showing skin?”
Despite the backlash, many praised her confidence. Supporters called her look bold and beautiful, with one writing, “Ok aunty O with the stomach out. She’s looking amazing!” Another cheered, “Showin’ a little side stomach?! Go right ahead!”
Unshaken by the chatter, Oprah smiled and waved, proving once again that she owns every room—and red carpet. Whether loved or criticized, her presence sparked major buzz during the celebrity-filled wedding weekend.
