Angelina Jolie made headlines at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival not just for her stunning outfits, but for a viral video showing tense moments with her bodyguard.
On May 16, Jolie turned heads in two glamorous looks—an ivory gown at the Chopard Trophy photocall and a champagne strapless dress at the “Eddington” red carpet. But online chatter focused more on her body language during interactions with her security.
In the viral video, Jolie appears visibly uneasy as the bodyguard leans in during dinner. Other clips show him closely shadowing her, removing flowers from her hand, and whispering something in her ear. Viewers reacted quickly, with one saying, “She definitely looked annoyed like move.”
Some called for him to be replaced, claiming he invaded her personal space. Others defended him, saying his actions were typical for security. One user noted, “If he was a problem she would most likely have fired him by now.”
The debate highlights ongoing concerns about celebrity privacy, body language, and public scrutiny in an age of viral clips.
