Pop star Lizzo, 36, wowed fans on January 26, 2025, after revealing she achieved her personal weight loss milestone. Posing in a burgundy workout set, she shared, “I did it. I haven’t seen this number since 2014!” Her posts quickly went viral, with fans praising her glow and confidence.
In a TikTok video, Lizzo confirmed she’s on an intentional weight-loss journey, saying, “I’m not trying to be thin… but I will be happy.” She danced joyfully, celebrating her progress and encouraging others to set their own goals.
Previously, Lizzo shared she prioritized health during her tour break. She embraced slow, mindful weight loss, plant-based eating, and daily self-care. “I never regret a walk or doing Pilates,” she said in a 2024 interview.
Despite criticism, Lizzo emphasized: “My body is nobody’s business.” For her, fitness is about mental health, not fitting beauty standards. “Exercise shifted my mind, not my body,” she added. Her inspiring journey continues to motivate fans to focus on health, happiness, and self-love.
