Donald Trump recently weighed in on Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ongoing trial, where the music mogul faces serious charges including sex trafficking and racketeering. When asked if he would consider a pardon, Trump replied, “Nobody’s asked… I haven’t been watching it too closely.” He noted that despite their past, Diddy’s current situation wouldn’t influence his decision.
Diddy, 55, is accused of running sex-trafficking operations and hosting parties involving hired escorts. If found guilty, he could face a life sentence. Testimonies, including from his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura, have brought shocking claims to light.
Rapper 50 Cent responded strongly on Instagram, urging Trump not to pardon Diddy. He wrote, “Donald doesn’t take well to disrespect… He would consider pardoning someone mistreated—not Puffy Daddy.” He also claimed he’d reach out directly to ensure Trump knows how he feels.
50 added, “I didn’t say I would nuke anything, I just said I’ll make sure Trump is aware.” With Diddy’s trial ongoing, this celebrity clash has now turned political.
