Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have added a unique new member to their family—a hairless cat. Chrissy shared this update on Instagram, where her 16-month-old daughter, Esti, was seen interacting with the new pet. In the video, Chrissy asks Esti, “Is that your friend?” as the toddler picks up the cat, eliciting laughter from Chrissy. Fans responded with excitement and curiosity about the cat’s name, with one commenting, “OMG WHAT IS THE CAT’S NAME????? Sooooo cutttteeeeee!!!! 😍”
Chrissy and John are known for their strong bond with their pets. Chrissy mentioned that she is the popular pet parent because she uses a high-pitched voice with the animals. John, on the other hand, speaks to them in his regular tone. They have also shared the emotional experience of losing pets. Chrissy reflected on the loss, saying, “It was such a moving, beautiful, terrific, like insanely sad situation.”
The couple’s home reflects their evolving life stages. In a 2023 interview, they described their Beverly Hills mansion as light, airy, and spacious. “Every house we’ve ever had reflects the moment we were in our lives, like chapters in a book,” Chrissy explained. They hired designer Jake Arnold to help them create a magical space for their four children, incorporating contemporary furniture, wooden floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Their home includes a kitchen with marble countertops, a dining area with a preserved olive tree, and a piano bar showcasing John’s achievements. They also have a cinema, a spacious family room, and themed bedrooms for their children. The outdoor space features a pool, a water slide, and a large dining area, making it perfect for family activities.
