Chrissy Teigen sparked online discussion with her daring outfit choice at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games opening ceremony. The model arrived with her husband, John Legend, and their children, Luna and Miles, wearing an olive green Chloé set featuring a button-up sweater and hot pants, leaving little to the imagination.
While some praised Chrissy’s confidence and bold fashion sense, others found her outfit inappropriate for the occasion. One netizen commented, “Why is she wearing just underpants?” while another bluntly stated, “Your outfit is ridiculous.” Another user remarked, “Basically just knit granny panties…not a good look on anybody.”
However, Chrissy also received support. One fan defended her by saying, “Everyone is upset because they wouldn’t feel confident wearing this. She is. It’s Paris. It’s fashion.” Another added, “None of our business what she wears. I might not wear it but she wears it well!”
Chrissy shared an Instagram post capturing the family’s excitement for the event, despite the mixed reactions to her outfit. “Opening ceremonies! Sure it was a little (a lot) rainy but wowowowowow absolutely epic experience (and got to see a few of my favorite people!)” she captioned.
