Eddie Murphy proudly appeared with three of his ten children at the “Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F” premiere, showing his close bond with his family. The event took place at the Wallis Annenberg Center in Beverly Hills on June 20, 2024. Eddie, his fiancée Paige Butcher, and daughters Bria, Shayne, and Bella turned heads with their stylish outfits. Eddie wore an all-black ensemble, Paige stunned in a red strapless dress, and the daughters matched in green and black.
Fans praised the family’s appearance. “His wife used to be blonde. She’s one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood. So stunning!!!” one admirer said. Another commented on the resemblance between Eddie and his daughters, “The one in the short dress looks just like him!”
The event celebrated Eddie’s latest movie and his strong family ties. Bria and her husband Michael Xavier, who also appear in the movie, joined in the celebration. Eddie shared on “Today” that Bria has a scene where she arrests him, and her husband tases him in another scene.
Reflecting on his return to the iconic role of Axel Foley, Eddie said, “It felt like old man,” noting the difference between now and when he first played the character at 21. Despite stepping back from doing his own stunts, Eddie remains synonymous with the beloved series.
