William left his wife Linda and 17-year-old daughter Isabelle for a younger woman. Soon after, his affair fell apart, and he lost everything. Meanwhile, Linda and Isabelle lost their home and struggled to survive. Isabelle put her education on hold and risked everything to restart their old beef jerky business.
Despite hardships, Isabelle developed a unique recipe, secured a major retail deal, and opened a factory—just in time to save her ailing mom. Years later, William unknowingly applied for a job at Isabelle’s company. “Isabelle?” he gasped when she arrived as the CEO. “It’s been a long time, right?” she replied confidently.
In her office, Isabelle revealed the pain he caused: “We were homeless. Mom nearly died.” But instead of anger, she offered him a box of their old kitchenware and said, “I think we’re at par now, Dad. You have everything you need to start and grow a business. Just believe me. I’ve been there.”
