Medical Findings
Donald Trump was declared in “excellent physical and cognitive health” following his annual exam at Walter Reed Hospital. The White House confirmed he scored perfectly on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment. His physician reported normal cardiac, neurological, and pulmonary functions, and noted no signs of depression or anxiety. Trump sustained a scar on his ear from a 2024 assassination attempt but had no other head or neck issues. Ongoing conditions like high cholesterol and rosacea are “well managed.”
Weight Debate
The report listed Trump at 224 pounds and 6 feet 2.5 inches tall. While the White House highlighted “full range of motion” and good heart health, online users questioned the numbers. “Absolutely no way 😂,” one person commented. Another added, “That man is not 224 lbs.”

Trump celebrated the results, saying, “I have never felt better.” He told reporters, “I think I did well,” and noted he answered every question on the cognitive test correctly. Experts like Dr. Mark Siegel praised his low blood pressure, improved cholesterol, and mental acuity.
Public & Expert Reactions
Reactions ranged from disbelief to admiration. “78 years old, fast food diet, zero exercise… and still perfectly healthy,” one user wrote. Others gave credit: “Say what you will, but energy and mental acuity at that level is not easy to maintain.”
