Kylie Jenner, 27, recently shocked fans by sharing exact details of her breast augmentation, which she got at age 20—before giving birth to daughter Stormi. After years of speculation, she admitted, “I just wish… I never got them done to begin with,” adding she now recommends waiting until after having kids.
Responding to a TikTok user’s curiosity, Kylie posted: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under muscle!!!!! Silicone!!! Garth Fisher!!!” The beauty mogul’s unexpected transparency sparked widespread buzz.
Jenner’s surgeon, Dr. Garth Fisher, acknowledged her post on Instagram: “Her unexpected post was truly appreciated.” Emphasizing patient privacy, he noted his 30-year career has never seen a breach, saying, “This isn’t ‘cookbook’ surgery—it’s personalized care.”
Kris Jenner also chimed in, praising Fisher as a “superstar class act” who performed her first facelift in 2011. She called him “a treasured friend” and applauded his openness during filming.
