Therapy has helped her confront her struggles, including the “twisties,” a mental block for gymnasts. “I feel a lot more free, especially going to therapy,” Biles shared.
Biles highlighted how therapy has become a crucial part of her routine. “I think we used to think of therapy as a weakness, and now I think of it as a strength,” she explained.
