Trooping the Colour 2025 brought royal glamour — but Queen Camilla’s balcony moment stole the spotlight. Dressed in crisp white, she appeared to walk slightly ahead of King Charles III, causing chatter online.
In the viral clip, the Queen emerged first onto the Buckingham Palace balcony, with the King following just behind. Some viewers slammed her for seeming to take center stage. “Did she walk in front of him again? No manners,” one critic wrote.
A lip reader claimed King Charles quietly told Camilla to shift aside. The same footage shows the royals waving to crowds and watching the traditional military flypast. Despite the stir, the family appeared united throughout the celebration.
Adding intrigue, King Charles was caught on camera calling something “absolutely crazy, disgrace, absolutely extraordinary” — fueling speculation about royal tensions. Yet, amid gossip, the event honored tradition and included a minute’s silence for Air India crash victims.
Trooping the Colour remains a beloved display of royal pride and military pageantry, but this year, Queen Camilla’s step stole the show.
